If we’re working at your home location, then if possible, we’ll use the water spigot you have. If we’re working at an apartment or your work location, we have our own water supply that we use. We do need an outlet for power at this time. 

It depends on the size and condition of your vehicle. Generally speaking, it can take between 5 to 8 hours to complete.  

Due to the nature of stains and the material it’s on, some stains will come off better than others. We will do our very best to remove stain with the use of tools and products to handle most situations. But even with all that, some stains won’t come out all the way.  

In favorable conditions, such as warm weather with low humidity, your vehicle's interior will typically be about 85% dry by the time we complete our service. However, if the weather is cold or rainy, the drying process may take longer due to the increased moisture in the air.
