What type of soap I need to clean my ceramic sealed car?

Use a car wash soap that's pH neutral and pure, and avoid products that contain waxes or gloss enhancers. Avoid Auto car washes, this will help the longevity of the ceramic wax. Imagine how strong the chemicals have to be for a touchless wash to actually dissolve all the dirt off your paint. It's obviously going to be dissolving some of your wax or sealant off in the process. Check the Ph levels on some of the common conveyor/automatic car wash soaps.

Is ceramic sealant the same as a Ceramic coating?

No, Ceramic coatings offer superior durability compared to ceramic sealants and require a different application and maintenance process. However, ceramic sealant does contain silicon dioxide (SiO2), similar to ceramic coatings, which provides it with greater durability than standard carnauba wax, while eliminating the maintenance demands associated with ceramic coatings.

How long will the Ceramic sealant last?

The durability of the Ceramic wax on your vehicle is influenced by how it is stored. If your car is garaged at both work and home approximately 80% of the time, you can anticipate the protection to last up to six months. Conversely, if your vehicle is consistently exposed to the elements—such as being left out in the sun, cold, and rain—the protection may only last around 3 to 4 months. Do you need access to water or power?

If we’re working at your home location, then if possible, we’ll use the water spigot you have. If we’re working at an apartment or your work location, we have our own water supply that we use. We do need an outlet for power at this time.
